Schedule a Pickup
For large items like mattresses, our team will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home.
Pack Your Items
If you are returning smaller accessories, simply place them in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed or the return package is received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
